I have listed below some comments made by people who have brought their companion to Woofs to be groomed. Hopefully these comments will be of help and thanks to all who have kindly provided the below.
Woofs MK are the best Groomers we have used! (And we have used a few!!) We had a matted cocker spaniel that was frightened by clippers etc that we re-homed. After several pamper sessions Scooby will run towards Margaret's door looking forward to another session! We also have a Cockapoo who needs that special touch, and my husband wants him to look just right. Margaret is attentive and will try to deliver how you expect your dog to look; we wouldn't use anyone else! Thanks Margaret!!
Dog is happy to be there, always looked after well and always looks nice.
We always love the change in Harvey's appearance once he has been hand stripped. We love it that you keep his beard and he is never frightened to come to you. We have a puppy and when she needs stripping she will definitely come to you.
We have 2 Cavalier King Charles dogs and use Woofs as does a good job. I am a fussy person who cherishes my dogs and if not groomed properly I would not use Woofs. Margaret is appropriate friendly and good with the dogs so we recommend her.
We were recommended to Woofs - Margaret's by a friend. We were made to feel welcome and our dog Sandie is always happy to go to Woofs. When we collect her she is always playing happily with Margaret in the garden or salon.
I have been bringing my boys to Margaret for about 2 years now and a wonderful experience she provides. My Sealyham, in particular, showed nervous tendancies with two previous groomers - absolutely not with Margaret - he wags his tail on arrival and is perfectly at home. The environment she provides at both locations are brilliant - spick and span but also homely. With my latest addition - a Welshie - she provided excellent advice on whether or not to hand strip or simply trim - he was hand striped and looks wonderful. Her prices are good but most of all my dogs seem to enjoy the whole experience and I have total piece of mind when they are there.
I have been bringing my dog Bennie a Cockapoo to Woofs for about a year now. His coat isn't the easiest to keep in check due to his breed. I often present him to Margaret (tail wagging) with knots in his fur as I am unable to keep on top of it, nor am I able to get them out due to the fact he won't keep still! Luckily, Margaret seems to have the skill and the patience to deal with this. 3 hours later I go back for him and there he is, trimmed, knot free, smelling much better and frantically wagging his tail! Need I say more?
